What is Indya’s return policy? How does it work?

International

If you wish to return an order, kindly get in touch with our customer care team at customercare@houseofindya.com or WhatsApp at +91-8929987349 within 15 days of receiving the order.

For all international orders, customers can easily return products within a 15 day window self-ship the products . The order needs to be sent back to the following address :

Once we receive the product(s), it will go through a quality check at our warehouse and we will then initiate the refund in your source account within 24-48 business hours.

Please note that the refund amount will be calculated post deducting the import charges and shipping and handling costs.

No returns or exchange applicable on Jewellery and Customized items altered as per your body measurements. Please note, the outfit may be intentionally tailored with one inch ease for a comfortable fit.


Domestic

We offer a 3-day return policy for all domestic orders and refunds in store credit only. You can request a return within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unworm, and in its original packaging.

Please note that a ₹150 return handling fee will be deducted from your refund for each returned order.

  1. Indya Jewelry and any customized items altered as per body measurements are not eligible for returns.
  2. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact (e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box).
  3. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Indya’s website, mobile site, or app. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
  4. The exchange policy allows for only size exchanges.
  5. If you self-ship your return/exchange, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service. A fixed amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed subject to the return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy
  6. Please allow 24 hours post-delivery of your order for your order status to be updated in your Indya account.
  7. Please check the items, type of return/exchange, and other related details carefully. Our courier partner will pick up only the items mentioned at the time of submitting the return/exchange request by you
  8. In case the items handed over to the courier person don't match the details of the items mentioned in the return/exchange request, we will conduct an internal probe and get back to you accordingly
  9. If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return

I have received store credits how do I redeem them while placing an order?

Please sign in with your registered email ID to view and utilize your store credits. On the checkout page, a store credit tab will reflect your store credits. Here, the total amount to be paid by you will be calculated after deducting the store credits.

What should I do if I receive a damaged/defective/incomplete/wrong order from Indya?

For any defective/damaged/incomplete/wrong order delivered, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order with images of the product received. Please get in touch with our Customer Care team for assistance, we will then investigate the case and provide the best available resolution.

  1. You need to upload a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 pictures
  2. Kindly ensure the images are clear and the damaged/defective/missing part of the outfit is highlighted in red
  3. You must send us an image of the original labels and tags intact along with the invoice.

Any such complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the order may not be considered.
